<p><strong> </strong>A problem of memory occurs in the brain but it is not just confined by the brain. Even most of the things around us influence our ability to recollect from or memory. Emotional, physiological, environmental and social processes are said to affect memory functions in day to day life.</p>
<p> Memory performance could be impacted socially by the group pressures and prejudices from others. Social isolation is dangerous to <strong>mental health</strong> and cognitive functions.</p>
<p> <strong>What are the causes of memory problems?</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Medical condition: </strong>Some particular medical conditions can cause memory problems. They include: </p>

<li>Defective reaction to some medicines</li>
<li>Depressed feeling that affects your <strong>mental health</strong>.</li>
<li>Dehydration, caused by not having adequate fluids in the body</li>
